The founding lawyers

Esat Yılmaz graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and holds a master's degree in information technology law. He works in venture capital, corporate law, healthcare law and advertising law.

He advises on startup investment processes and mentors founders on legal matters at technology parks and incubators. He also works on the compliance processes of digital health platforms.

Furkan Biricik graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He works in commercial law, employment law and intellectual property, and advises on incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and general assembly procedures.

In employment law he advises on employer-employee relationships, collective bargaining agreements and compliance with employment legislation. In trademark and patent matters he works on the protection of intellectual property rights, licence agreements and legal action against counterfeit products.
